Stayed at Pop and ASMo.. this is what's done there
Their Bell Service is called Luggage Assist (or is it baggage assist).. anyway.. you can pull up in front of this area and unload your bags. They'll take your name and store them for you. When your room is assigned, within 1 hr your bags will be delivered to your room. If you get there, you can call and check on the delivery time.
Also, on your checkout morning you can call Luggage Assist and they will come pick them up and hold them until you are ready to leave (i.e. you want to go to the parks for awhile after checkout, you have a late flight etc).
when researching POP on the POP FAQ thread a CM posted that tips are not expected by these Luggage Assist guys, its part of their job, but they will accept them if offered.
