Pop Century - Room Requests

Good Morning,

Is it still beneficial to send a fax to the "Room Staff" at the resort you will be staying of the room requests you have. I have done this in past, whether it made a difference or not I have no idea, but it is worth a try.

We are staying at Pop and arrive next Tuesday, so today or Tomorrow would be the time to send it.

Maybe someone can point me to the old thread regarding this exact thing, and also possibly the # and information I will need to send it to the Pop Staff?

(I am asking all this because I feel as though I heard not to long ago this was going away)

They do still accept faxes and will go through them if they have a chance. I have always found it best to call the Main Reservations line and add any room requests to your reservation. This way your requests are included in the information sent to the room assignors with the other details like room type, length of stay, etc. With a fax, it has to be physically attached to your reservation information and there's a chance they could get separated. Calling can be done any time from the day you book up until 4-5 days out. When within that time frame makes no difference.

Thanks Dandad. I have requested it over the phone, but had been under the impression to do both if possible.
