POP Century Requests

Howdy guys, I've never stayed on site before so I have yet another question. When is the best time to call and request anything about your room at Pop Century (like we'd rather be in the 50s or 70s building and non smoking room and king bed instead of two doubles) Can you even do this? What are the chances of getting your request granted?

I have always made my requests at time I made Ressie. I've been lucky and gotten mine granted but my requests were usually a non smoking room and a certain area.

You will need to list your requests in order of importance.

Personally, I would call 5-7 days before arrival and hope for the best. Having your requests honored depends on luck and how busy the resort is when you go. Maybe someone else has some other ideas.

One more thing. When calling, sucking up may not help, but it can't hurt either.

All ressies and requests are faxed to the hotel on the tuesday before your visit. So call the hotel wed or thursday before and confirm your requests to your resort.
