Is there soap and shampoo provided at this hotel?

Yes there is. I didn't care for the shampoo though, but the soap smells very nice!

I just switched my groups ressies to POP (we have 12 extended family members)! They have the soap and shampoo set out like at the moderate hotels. The All Stars have shampoo dispensers in shower. I think you have to request items like hair dryers and refrigerators though!
