POP Century or Dolphin ?

Looking on suggestions on what would you do.....

We will be there one night on the Saturday after Thanksgivng. We have 3 goals: (1) see Candlelight Procession (2) see Osborne Lights (3) view fantasmic late show if possible.

I have reservations for both Pop Century and also Sheraton's Dolphin hotel in Epcot area. We have stayed at each resort several times already. I love the Dolphin and it is walking distance to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios where we be. So Dolphin is a top runner, however I can't have my luggage checked in - I must do this at the airport.

HOWEVER, our flight back is on Sunday, after Thanksgiving and I think this is one of the busiest travel days at airports. At POP Century the huge lead here is that we can check our bags at the resort, have our boarding passes in hand, and miss some of the lines at the airport.

So, each resort has their advantages for this quick trip. I'l looking to see what other would suggest in case I might be missing something.

By the way, our flight is 7:05 AM if that matters.

even at 7:05 am - it is going to be crowded at the airport on holiday.

so guess it depends upon you - do you want convenience for your park time - or convenience at the airport.

you will still have to go thru security at the airport - so it can take a while even without luggage.

For the things you want to do, the Dolphin is definitely closer and easier.

As you know, there is no ME at the Dolphin, but every time we've taken it from Pop, they made us take the bus three hours prior to our flight. For your flight time, three hours seems excessive, but I don't know if they adjust the time for early morning flights.

it is still 3 hours before arrival. believe me on a holiday you will need it.

Depends on what's more important to you. For me, this is a no-brainer. Dolphin hands down with a town car ride to the airport.
