Pop Century Legendary Years

any news on what will happen to the legendary years??

The Art of Animation resort is in place of the originally planned Legendary Years. There will not be a Legendary Years part of POP. If the ever decided to redo the theming at POP, they could possibly renumber the buildings, with one per decade - otherwise, it will remain the "Pop Half-Century"

So did they use the buildings that were previously built for the legendary years for the new resort, Art of Animation? I know the original plans were to connect the two, do you think they will still do this? I want to see pictures, haha! I wish they had completed POP, I always wanted to stay in the 1930s! Thanks for all your help!!

The two existing guest buildings, which were built to the original POP standard room specifications, are being retained and finished as the "Little Mermaid" standard rooms. The main hall is also being retained and re-themed. I think one other similar building needs to be built to meet the standard room numbers quoted - I forget. All the other originally planned buildings, which never proceeded beyond land-prep and infrastructure (pipes, etc.), have been redesigned to be family suites and appear to have changed to an internal hallway design.

Can't wait to see it completed! It was sad to look across the lake at Pop and see unfinished Disney buildings!!
