I search the forum and wdwinfo but couldn't find any info on what options Pop has for breakfast. Just trying to get an idea since we may eat there a few mornings. Also can you use a CS dining credit on the breakfast options? Lastly (and most important), is the food any good and worth the CS credit?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Yes you can use CS credits. You can get an extra drink in place of a dessert. Or Pop will also let you get a drink and dessert. Not all places will let you get dessert for breakfast but Pop does.

They have waffles, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, pancakes, hash brown potatoes, your typical breakfast fare. You buy a complete meal so for example: if you get waffles you will get bacon and sausage with it. If you want eggs you will get potatoes, sausage and bacon with it. You can also get a thing of cereal with milk for one snack credit. They also have bananas for a snack credit as well.

We thought the food was very good here. Word of advice though if you want waffles get there well before they close for breakfast or you will have to wait awhile for your food while the irons heat up again and the rest of your food will get cold while you wait. Had this happen on our last trip.

This is a good way to use up extra CS credits but it is the cheapest meal that you can buy so not the best value for a CS credit. If you are going to need your CS credits for lunch/dinner it is best to pay oop for breakfast. But yes the food is good enough to use a CS credit on.

OT:Also if you have time one morning try the Main St. Bakery for breakfast in the MK. They make the best egg, ham, and cheese croissant. Along with the croissant you can get a pastry which are very large as well as a drink for one CS credit.

Also the earlier you get into the food court at Pop the better as it is very busy in the morning. The later you go the busier the food court is. The Main St. bakery also gets very very busy. The line is usually out the door in the morning so be prepared to wait. It is well worth the wait IMO though.

we enjoyed our visit to Pop Century last year. The food court was very good and had plenty of choices. There was a manager during the busy time standing around making sure everyone finds what they wanted and if he can help with DDP questions. It ran very good. We enjoyed their breakfast. If you get a refillable mug, you can use your other parts of your breakfast like having toast instead of the bisquits....or a juice instead of your coffee

We ate breakfast at Pop Century most mornings we were there.

There are good pastries such as the chocolate croissant and banana bread.

Omelets. This was ham, cheese and onion. They also had plain and Southwestern.

This was the Captain's Platter. It was more than enough food for two.
Eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, french toast sticks and a biscuit. On the meal plan I think we also got a pastry or fruit and drinks so it was plenty.

Chocolate Chip Pancakes

They also had bagels, bread for toast, donuts, juice and coffee. We found plenty to eat and can't wait for our next trip! :)

Hey, thanks to everyone for the responses, and the menu link and photos. Don't know how I couldn't find that menu, but much appreciated on the link.

By looking at the prices, it may not be the best use of our CS credits, but I was thinking about using 4 CS credits to have us split 2 breakfasts, and then split 2 lunchs at the parks. Not a financial issue, as we have planned and saved very well for this vacation. But most folks seem to say that the CS meals are usually enough for 2 people, and I'm thinking eat light so no one get's ill while riding during the day, or from the heat (in August). We also try to be good about not wasting, so if DW or I need to eat a little less, rather than waste another meal, we're okay with that. My only concern is for the kids, as I don't want them getting the munchies every hour or so because I didn't get them enough at Breakfast/Lunch. They are both moderate eaters, and I figure with all the excitement they'll probably do fine splitting, but having not been there in awhile, didn't know first hand how big the CS portions were. We have ADR's for a TS meals every day, so I'm thinking eat less, but more often during the day, then "have at it" at dinner time.

Can any veterans chime in on if this makes sense, or will I be dealing with hungry kids all day?

I think you have a good plan for meals. I found that we all eat less in the heat. Small meals but more frequent is probably a good way to go. When we went on trips in April and Sept. when it was so hot out we were not all that hungry for breakfast but ate an early lunch instead. Later in the day we had a ts dinner and usually were not as hungry as we normally would have been at home. But when we went in December in the cooler weather we found that we were hungry for breakfast and hungry again by the time lunch came around but if we had a full meal we were not hungry enough for our ts dinner. So usually for breakfast or lunch we would share a meal or have something really light for breakfast such as a pastry and juice. Than when dinner came around we would be hungry enough to eat.

Also I find that when I am kept busy like at Disney I eat less because I have my mind on other things. I don't realize that I am hungry until we stop going.
