The rooms were renovated a couple years back. The “table bed” is closest to the door, and is a table that can be folded down to reveal a real, queen-sized mattress that’s being stored vertically. The table forms the support for the queen bed when down (no box spring).
It’s a fold-up bed that’s comfortable, but can stay out of the way when not in use as it does take up a lot of space in a small room.
Pop used to have 2 doubles. There has been a recent room remodel where they figured out how to get 2 queens in the room by making one a Murphy bed. This is the "table bed" - when folded up into the wall cabinet, it creates a table you can sit at. When you need the bed, pull it down from the wall cabinet and the attached table folds under it as a base. Check out YouTube for Pop renovated room videos.
