POP Busses

Is it true that Pop does not share a bus with the other all star resorts?? How many internal stops do they have??

You are correct. POP does not share a bus and they only have one stop at the resort. We were very pleased with their bus service!

WOW I just can't believe it. I may be able to save some money if I convince hubby that this all star might work for us. He vowed never to stay at all stars again because of the busses. I love them because of the great theming for the kids. Hmm, I guess I will have to do some more research and see what happens.

We are staying at POP in July and want to go to typhoon lagoon and get there close to opening at 9am. SO how often do the busses run from pop? do I need to go to the bus stop 15 minutes or 1/2 hour ahead? Never stayed at a resort that didn't have several bus pick ups. Thanks for the info.

NHBelle, just so you know that POP is not apart of the All Star resorts... It is newer and separate, thus not sharing any busses with the three All Star Resorts (sports, music, movies). That's one of the big reasons why we decided to go in August to POP.

We saw busses regularly appearing about every 15 minutes or so. I never took the TL bus but on all the other busses it took about 10-15 minutes to get to our destination. I'd get there at 8:15 to make sure you get to TL by 9am.

To answer the OP...I thought the bus service at POP was absolutely wonderful. They were very quick, even if you just missed your bus we never waited longer than 20 minutes for the next one. The only times they were crowded were the early morning MK busses and of course busses after park closing are always crowded. The longest we waited at park closing was 20 minutes and then 2 busses pulled up at the same time to get everyone on at once.
