Staying true to form, WDW has not released a schedule. Nobody outside the inner circle knows.

I wonder if they finished installing al the fences around the pools last year. Also, they replaced all the beds in all buildings just a few years ago - I think - maybe they didn't!

All the pools have fences. You do not need a key / magic band to open them like at Art of Animation.
