I know! I can't believe we've always missed Illuminations - I guess we always just think "next time" but never actually get there. If we miss it next week I will for sure see it in December when I go with friends.

Yes, I am quite easy to pick out in the crowd. Just listen for the Fran Drescher voice! I'm very excited! Things are very stressful around here and I can't wait to just get to Pop already. I have started packing, but I'm really slacking lol.

Saturday will be our DHS day. My dad hasn’t been to this park in a while and was supposed to join us last year but at the last minute couldn’t. So, I’m trying to plan this day around the things my dad needs to/wants to see. I am finding it hard to fit everything in to this day – it is difficult with the show times and we have two ADR’s scheduled.

There is AM EMH that morning so we will try really hard to get there early – at least Sam and I will. We are the only ones who will ride Rock n Roller Coaster so if we can at least get that out of the way we’ll be off to a good start. RnRC is Samantha's favorite in all of WDW so we must do it at least once.

Our must do’s for today are:

Rock n Roller Coaster (Sam and I)
Lights, Motor, Action (for Dad)
Indiana Jones (for Dad)
Backlot Tour (for Dad)
Toy Story Mania


Then, if we have the time, we’d like to do:

Walt Disney: One Mans Dream
Great Movie Ride (parents like this one)
Animation Studio

I feel like I’m forgetting something, but not sure what.

We have an early lunch at Sci-Fi. Sam and I went here for the first time in February and really enjoyed it. I think my parents will like it too so this is a must do. Then we have an early dinner (Fantasmic Package) at Hollywood & Vine. We will of course then stay to see Fantasmic.

In February Sam rode RnRC and ToT for the first time - we won dream fast passes on ToT (you can see that ToT is not on our list this time - she didn't like it so much )

We should meet up and let the girls hang out for a bit. They'd have a blast. I was just reading some of your stuff here and I kept thinking about Joy. She lives in Miami (Hollywood area) and she would like to go more but the rooms are so expensive. It's just her and her 7 year old DD. You guys could share the room expense and go more often on Mother/Daughter trips. You guys all have AP's too so it'd totally work out if ya'll got along. Good idea about getting with Joy to split room cost sometime! It does get expensive and I'd be there more often if it wasn't. Another reason I don't go more often is our animals - pet sitting is expensive too. PM me Joy's email address sometime (I don't have a myspace)

We had an early lunch at Prime Time, but I canceled it for a 1:00 ADR at Brown Derby. My friend LOVES it there, and I haven't ever been so I figured why not? Hopefully we'll be done in time to catch Blockparty Bash.

How exciting is it to be so close to our trips?! This was me at work last night lol My boss was SICK of me!

Hey Michelle. Packed yet? Is Sam so excited? I still can't believe you and Sara are missing eachother by a day! I keep forgetting you guys haven't met yet.

My camera is small and flat. Dave wanted one he could put in his pocket. It's very easy to use and produces great pictures. The one we ran over with the car was a Vivitar and we liked that one too. If I had to choose though I would pick the Canon.

IF we were to go next year (which is highly unlikely at this point) we want to be there for Hunter's bday the first week of November. But if you all were to come too we could be a bit flexible to accomodate a MNSSHP and be there the end of Oct. I was checking out 6 or 8? bedroom houses in Windsor Hills for us! I couldn't resist. I was even thinking what room each kid would prefer!LOL. I need help!

They have animals too. A few of them. Hopefully I just linked you to a brand new friendship. Joy is a sweet girl and I think of her like a sister. Jess is a sweet little girl too. Like your DD she is leaving the Princess phase for the Jonas Brothers and HSM stuff.

We'll see you in December! I can't wait to see all the Christmas decorations everywhere! I went to the party in '06 but that was the last time. I'm due for a WDW Holiday!

Well, I made a few changes to our DHS day today. I cancelled the Hollywood & Vine Fantasmic dinner package. I was getting too stressed out trying to fit in the shows between our lunch and dinner. The shows don't start early enough to do one before lunch and we wouldn't have time before Fantasmic to see another. So, the plan is to get to Fantasmic early and just eat something from the snack bar there for dinner. I had to make another TS reservation though to use up our TS credits (this is when I start thinking maybe the DDP is a pain). So, I booked a breakfast at Kona for my parents on Sunday morning and a lunch at The Plaza for Sam and I.

Sunday will be our final day. My parents will have their breakfast at Kona and then head home. Sam and I like to get as much Disney in as possible so we will head to Magic Kingdom for the day! The only other MK time we have scheduled is during the party so I know there will be some things we didn't get to experience. Sam is ready to ride Space Mountain for the first time so that will be a must do, especially if we don't get on it during the party. I told her if she likes RnRC and EE she will have no problem with Space Mountain. We will do as much as we can, have lunch at The Plaza, do a few more things, and try to be on the road home sometime between 3 and 5. We always stop at the bakery on the way out and get some goodies to ease the Disney depression on the drive home.

Thats it! Our trip will be done. Up next - I'll post pictures of some of the things we've bought for the trip!

It was probably a hard decision to cancel the fantasmic dinner package, but I'm sure you will appreciate having the extra time to see shows and do things!

I think your HS plans sound better. I don't think you wil have problem getting seats without the package. I would do the same thing, eat while you wait for the show. Yes the DDP can be a pain, the last night I wanted to skip dinner because we were tired and wanted more rest and pool time. But we had 6 TS credits we needed to use still so we had to go to our dinner ressie. I called the dining line and could not change times or restaurants or anything because it was so booked up. Also we have always been happy with The Plaza, good food there. Tell Samantha not to worry about SM, it's not as scary as EE or TOT. Kaylee finally rode everything this trip too. Her favorite is RnRC and she even likes Splash now . Looking forward to see all the goodies you bought for the trip. Just 2 more days . Hope you have fun!!!

Welcome back Nichole! I'm so excited to hear that Kaylee rode all the rides this trip! I know you must have been thrilled!
