POP $107 more than All Stars?

We've paid for our trip to WDW for May. We're staying 8 nights at POP. So for the heck of it I priced out our trip on the Disney website. Of course POP wasn't available, but they gave me All Star Sports (been there, done that, no thanks.) So I did the math and came up with a $107 difference between what we paid for the same thing, non-preferred room, basic dining plan, 9d PH's, no trip insurance. I even double checked our reservation. I was thinking we got a preferred room for some reason, but no. Why is POP more expensive? Is there a fee?

Please help me figure this out. Thank you in advance!

Could it be that on the POP ressie you have 9 day Park Hopper with Water Park Fun and More, but you priced the All Star package with just 9 day Park Hopper (no water park)? This would make the All Star package $106.54 less than the POP package.

Possibly? :)

that is weird I thought POP was always abit cheaper because it is only 12.5% tax and the others are 13%....something about where they are located.

Yes it should only be a few dollars difference if everything is exactly the same. Because of the difference in taxes there should only be a slight difference. You need to investigate more, but there's something wrong at one end or the other.

Nope! I'm going to call Disney today. Dh talked me out of the Water Park add-on. I'm thoroughly confused.

That I do. I'm glad I did this, if I can do it for $100 cheaper, I'm going to!!

Go figure, I did it again today on the Disney site, and it's right, down to the penny. How frustrating!! I must have made a mistake, or Disney had some kind of midnight special running. (:lmao: riiiiiight)

Thanks for your help. All hail me, Queen of the Dummies. princess:

Maybe when you did it the first time, it had you in a Preferred room at Pop? That's happened to me before, just wondering.
