Poor change by Southwest

I like when they say if they can hold an iPad they can hold a boarding pass.

And I bet those kids could probably find their digital boarding pass, faster than I could on my phone.

I hold both paper tickets, for myself and my adult son. The only time it was questioned was when we were lay overed in Philadelphia and had to go through security again to get to our second plane. TSA guard was yelling out everyone had to hold their own ticket, "the ipad" scenario. My (now ex) husband was telling me my son (his stepson) needs to hold his own ticket. I didn't budge. The guard tried to say something and I said my son has autism-an immediate apology and waved through. I always have both scannable areas easily accessible to be scanned.
