Poolside activies at AKL ?

I have heard that there are poolside activies each day at AKL. Is this true? If so, can you give me some information about this? My DS (11) would really enjoy this.

We were there in May for 3 nights and one day they play twister with all of the kids, and the next day they did crafts with everyone. This is such a great place to stay that even though we bought into the Vacation Club we have planned a trip back to AKL over Thanksgiving.

We have 1 day at AKL so how do you find out about these activies do you just ask at the desk?
