Pools

I stayed at HRH last year, and loved it, but the pool left a little to be desired. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful, but I really like to have a deeper pool. Do either PB or RP have deeper pools? Thanks!

I have never been to HRH, I would like to go because I thought from what I have been reading that they had the best pool of the 3 resorts. What did you not like about it?? I thought the slide was to be the best. thanks...amy

The slide there was nice. We don't have any children in my family and like deep pools. The pool is 4 feet at the deepest, but otherwise it was an excellent pool!

Most resorts are not putting in pools with very deep water. I believe it has to do with insurance coverage. I can't remember the last time I was at a newer resort that had a "deep end" to their pool. Even our local swim club just has a small diving area, but none of the actual swimming areas are over 5" deep.
The deepest section at HRH pool is 4'6".

The pool at RP is no deeper than the one at HRH and we were also disappointed with it. We were there towards the end of July and the water was too warm to be refreshing. I attributed this to the shallowness of the pool. The pool area itself was beautiful, but way too warm and shallow. I saw a couple of people injure themselves jumping in and not accocunting for the shallowness of the water.
