Yes the quiet pools are open but don't expect them to be quiet or no playing. The Poly quiet pool seemed to have many screaming, splashing, kids in them after midnight and later as I was doing laundry. It seems they all migrate over to the quiet pool when the other pools close at midnight.

Yep, the "Quiet" pools are generally open 24 hours. Although as said before they are not all that quiet. We usually go during the fall, October/November, they are usually always calm and quiet then, have gone during prime spring time and the pool was anything but quiet. I mean it wasn't a disturbance to anyone in the buildings, but anyone outside and a good 25-50 feet around the pool could have heard.

Not all quiet pools are open 24 hours. The quiet pools at Coronado Springs close at 10. This is probably due to the fact that these pools are so close to the rooms.
