pools at CSR during Christmas season

I was at CSR this past Spring break and they had CM's taking reservations for pool entry. They stood at the gates and you could only enter when they called your name. They also assigned seating. I am thinking that some of this was covid related in terms of social distancing. Was any of this happening during the Thanksgiving crowds? Can I expect it to happen again the week before Christmas?

I believe that was all due to Covid and hasn't been an issue since spring break as pools no longer have limited capacity. Have a great trip!

Thanks! We know to expect high crowd levels at the parks so we are planning to take a mid day break at the resort and pool.
