Yup! All the green buildings on this clickable map have the Murphy Bed. If you click on each building another map pops up with each room number and their category so you can see how many pool views are in each building.
The question is what room type you book. I don’t see pool view 5th sleeper on the WDW web site, unless it’s sold out. There is Pool View. Is it possible 5th sleeper is a request or based on number of occupants?

So when you pull it up on disney's site, there's no category listed as pool view -5th sleeper but when you look at the photos in that category, it shows a 2 queen, 5th sleeper option. Touring plans has pool view 5th sleeper in their drop down search options for POR too. They're room category is classed in the room finder as 'Pool View'. See below. Not sure why this is the case but I'd call if you have to have pool view with the 5th sleeper.
If the Murphy bed is important, then book a 5th sleeper room and then make a request for a pool view. I would book woods view-5th sleeper, for a better chance at getting a pool view.
