Pool rules for toddlers

Just wondering what the "rules" are for not potty trained 2 yr olds using the Mickey Pool?
Swim diapers? Plastic pants? thanks, Tresha

A non potty trained child has to have a swim diaper and can only go in the left(The one that is a full circle)Mickey Ear in the Mickey Pool.

I think this might be reworded "SHOULD".

We were on the Feb 1 2004 Wonder and the Mickey Pool had to be cleaned more than once because people were letting their kids in it with diapers on. I saw one parent remove the kid, change the diaper, and put him right back in.

Its not like they did not know they were supposed to be doing it, they clearly knew the kid was not suppposed to be there, they just did not care.
