Pool Renovation at OKW

Has anyone experienced the newly renovated pool at Old Key West. How does it differ from the old pool, which was a plain, non-themed pool without a slide.

We were just there 12/25-12/29/05. The pool has a slide that looks like a sand castle. The entrance is situated infront of the kids wading/sand area. There are life guards there now. It is pleasant, but I liked it without the slide also. Kids seemed to enjoy the slide.

My Kids (12, 9, 5) and I enjoyed the slide throughly!

It really makes the pool kid attractive!

It is wonderful - the quiet pools are now GREAT!!!!

the kids including the teens are at the main pool!!!

The pools is all finished and, whenever I've been there, the kids sure seem to like it. My only complaint is that it is so darned big that it has taken up a lot of the deck space around the pool which makes it seem even more crowded at busy times.
