Pool Hopping (Where can I go?)

This may be here somewhere already but I could not find it.

I am Going to FW Cabins in 2 Weeks. I am using points. This is a last minute trip and our plan is just to relax and pool it on most days. Well that being said we would like to pool hop, but I need to know which pools I can pool hop to. It has been a while since I have pool hopped and the only one I know definitely that I can't of course is SAB and probably BWV pool as well.

I would like to go to Poly, SSR, possibly OKW (last time we were there they were finishing the new pool and we would like to check it out) and AKL. Any other suggestions on great pools would also be appreciated. I heard Coronado Springs has a great pool also.

As far as I know, you are not eligible to pool hop. Pool hopping, as I recall, is available only for points stays at DVC resorts. Someone else can correct me if I am wrong.

This wording is a year or two old, but it covers the basic rule:

You and any Guests staying with you at Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, Disney's Beach Club Villas or Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are permitted to use other Disney Vacation Club and Walt Disney World Resort hotel pools (in addition to the pool at the resort hotel at which you're staying) if they are not at capacity. If the pool you are visiting reaches capacity, you may be asked to leave in order to accommodate Guests of that resort hotel. Please check with a Host/Hostess at the Front Desk of the resort hotel you wish to visit to find out about pool-access availability. You must present your "Key to the World" card with your "Disney Vacation Club Member" designation on it to use other resort hotel pools. Pool hopping is not available at Uzima Pool at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and Stormalong Bay at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts. In addition, this restriction includes the leisure pools at these two resort hotels. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Sorry, katdocnorf, both the previous posters are correct. You won't be able to pool hop since you are not staying at a DVC resort. And WL isn't a sister resort with Fort Wilderness, so you can't swim at the WL or VWL, either. Maybe this will be a good time to try out BB or TL.
