If you're shorter, the problematic turnstiles will be more problematic. Just off the top of my head, the absolute worst turnstiles are the one for Peter Pan (well into the ride, the second to last switchback) and Jungle Cruise. Ugh at those.
as for rides...
There are only things hubby (built like a sumo, with a very broad, heavy back along with a belly, along with serious musculature...5'10" around 285) hasn't been able to ride at all.
One is Maliboomer. It involves a shoulder "harness" like Screamin', but it also has a tether that goes from the bottom of the U of the harness to the seat. He can't get the tether to clip.
The other we discovered only last May b/c we never tried it before, and it's Mulholland Madness. The seats are VERY small, and the legroom is horrible. If he had spindly legs, he could cross his ankles to bring his thighs "down", and then the lap bar could come down. But he's got the tree trunk thighs, so his legs can't come down, and he couldn't ride.
I will tell you....the Cast Members have been *wonderful*.
The fellow guests, on the other hand, at Mulholland, should be put in front of a firing squad, IMO. They were very very mean when he had to leave the ride.

Shortly after we got back from the trip we got news that he had an official diagnosis of a pituitary tumor, causing his hormones to go out of whack entirely, and we're quite sure that the hormonal imbalances have been a big reason for his weight (and very slow loss), so it was even worse, to know that this was the likely reason, but to have people saying such horrible things out loud to a fellow human being, who was embarrassed enough already.
I don't say that to scare you...and maybe I shouldn't say it at all...it's just that it happened, recently...
The Cast Members, however, are wonderful and nonjudgmental about it.
