Seriously, this women needs some intervention...and what happened to the colored bags? I was hoping she would start to use different colored bags for some variation( did I just say that ).....not just a plain white one, and see through at that.

You know, there are probably Halloween ones on clearance right about now.

OK? Cause that was my question! I could almost maybe see if it was KITTY poo, and it was scooped and then placed out there until the next trip to the dumpster. But is this poo being picked up from the yard and then being taken back up to the porch?!?

The two bags that are there now were poo from the yard. I was outside when she did it yesterday and again this morning. The dog does her business then the owner picks it up with the bag and brings it back upstairs and drops it by the front door.

If they are downstairs anyway picking up dog droppings, wouldn't the dumpster be closer than bringing it upstairs to drop by the door? The woman is a mystery........

OMG - I can't believe there is already a round 2 of Poo Watch 2006

What the heck has been happening with the poo since it dissapeared the last time? That is really gross that the owner is carrying the poo back upstairs to let it sit and rot (or turn to poo patties) and she KNOWS she shares the balcony - that is really disgusting when you think about the germs in that poo not to mention the smell - one would think it would be easier and less gross to pick up the poo and then toss it in a dumpster downstairs while you are already down there.

Guess that is why I am glad my dog poo's in my yard (she's too old to go for walks anyway) Also I do NOT pick up dog poo I only scoop cat poop!! And that is only because its in my house!!

The dog "goes" right in the grass at the bottom of the stairs. The dumpster is pretty close - maybe about 100 yards away. I don't get why she saves it.

I'm ready to move into our house. We are staying in a corporate apartment temporarily because we didnt' have a house yet when Dh had to start his new job. I'm not enjoying living in such close proximity to so many people. I see some strange stuff around here, but the poo bags are the strangest.
