I made ressies for an Epcot cruise in one of the pontoon boats. If weather permits we will see Illuminations from the boat. Has anyone done this? Will my two year old be board? Is it worth all the aggrevation we went through to make the ressie. It's hard to do in case you've never tried!!

We did it last year and my almost 2 year old was fine. She was a little scared of the fireworks but she was fine on the boat. She liked the chips, soda, etc.

They also provide the vest-style life jackets that the kids can wear. I was worried they'd be uncomfortable but both of my kids (6 and 2yo) were fine (although I should mention they're very used to wearing them since they're around boats during the summer).

And, yes it's very worth it. When the boat pulls beneath the bridge in Epcot and you see the crowds of people you'll be so thankful for your comfy seat and great view. And as the rest of the people are fighting the crowds to get out of the park you'll be puttputting back to the resort in style. :)

Have fun! :)

:D Thanks so much for the positive replies. I was so happy to get this ressie. Does anyone know if there are Epcot fire works nightly? I guess what I am asking is if the weather is good will we definately see fireworks?
