Hi - Just a quick question. We are booked at the Poly for the end of January. We have a package with the dining. My question is we owe money I believe 45 days upon arrival do they contact us by email or are we just suppose to call them and pay?

Your reservation confirmation should state the date on which your final payment is due (whatever the 45 day mark is). I don't believe they contact you to get the payment and I sure wouldn't rely on them to do so. When we've purchased packages, I've paid the balance at about 50 days. We then receive another confirmation letter noting that there is no balance due.

You must keep track of the 45 day mark, the exact date full payment is due should be stated in your confirmation email or snail mail. Check your spam folder if you didn't receive an email.

I would deffinately contact them and find out for sure if it's not listed on your ressie information.
