Polynesian Private Dining for Wishes Cruise?

Hi there..I have a wishes cruise booked on Monday 7/23 for my husband's 40 birthday. We are scheduled to pick it up at the Polynesian and have the cruise that includes some small snacks/drinks and the audio.

They indicated I could contact Poly. private dining for any additional food...cake, cookies, etc.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Anyone use them before? How could I get a copy of the private dining menu? Thanks so much!!!!

We have used the GF private dining for this purpose. The were very accomodating and were wonderful to work with. Here is Poly's private dining menu although I would also call them directly and they can fax it to you (they probably have additional items):
