Polynesian Isles/Grand Beach?

We are planning a trip over the pond for April 2011. We own a time share condo just off The Irlo Bronso Memorial Highway but need to exchange it this visit due to availability. We cannot decide between Polynesian Isles Resort (Kissimee) and Grand Beach (Lake Bryan). We have stayed at Polynesian Isles before, it was ok but understand it has gone thru a programme of refurbishment. Has anyone stayed @ either resort recently?

I realised that my question may go unanswered as most folk tend to stay on D property. This would be heaven but finances do not allow this time!
