Polynesian Island Tower Tips?

We'll be staying in the Polynesian tower for the first time in a couple weeks. We would love hints, tips, and advice from anyone who has already stayed there!

The lawn viewing area chairs as well as the portals in the tower itself fill up well before an hour ahead of the fireworks. You can recline on the lawn or stand at the lagoon fence right up to the last minute.

We had the Wayfinder Burger twice. The first time was sitting in the restaurant and the burger was fantastic! The second time we did mobile order and it was just OK. Not sure if the waitstaff in the restaurant makes sure the kitchen does a good job.

We recently stayed at the Grand Floridian, and we walked over to the Wailulu Bar and Grill in the lobby of the new Poly DVC Tower. It was one of the best meals we had all week, and the service was fantastic.

The bar at Wailulu accepts walk ups ! Highly recommend

Absolutely submit that request, IMHO. While most are solid/legitimate TPV rooms, there are some select rooms in that category that push the boundaries of the definition. The higher you are in the building the better.
