Polynesian Hot Tubs hoist available?

Hi we are booked in the Poly from 4/15 for 14 nights I know there is a hoist at the pools but does anyone know if a hoist is available for the hot tubs?

I would contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or email disability.services@disneyparks.com with your question; they can reach out to the Resort for you and get that information confirmed.

My experience has been that typically you can call and get an answer on that kind of question while you are on the line.

I know that all pools at WDW resorts have lifts (hoists), but I haven’t found any pictures that show one at the hot tubs at Polynesia.

I don't know if the Poly has a hoist. CSR installed one a few years ago: it's a bigger hot tub and that may have made it easier to install.

It doesn’t enlarge enough.
There are ground level photos of the hot tubs that don’t show a lift. But, I dont know if there is one and it just didn’t get caught on the photo or if one might have been added after the photo was taken.
