Polynesian have bed rails for child?

Does the Polynesian offer bed rails for children? We had a bad experience once while on vacation in Chicago where our daughter fell off the bed and was squished between the bed and the nightstand How do we request the bed rails? Through our reservations or when we get there? Thank You.

I am fairly sure that All disney hotels have them....just ask when you check in...Or you can call Mousekeeping (housekeeping) when you get to your room. Just request those and whatever else you might need....They will be delivered...

I found that out the hard way...plop....in the middle of the nite!
Thank god he wasnt hurt.

Yes they do. You need to request them when making your reservation. It will be noted on your confirmation letter. If the rails are not in your room at arrival, call housekeeping and they will get them to you ASAP.
