Polynesian Construction

Is the Oasis/East pool the last of the refurbishment at the Polynesian? Are all the long houses converted? Planning a trip for the end of August, hoping to be at a resort with no construction.

There is separate construction going on for the older Poly buildings where they are adding concrete pillars to the lower portion of the wood supports for each building. They had just finished Rarotonga and were beginning to work on Nuie when we were visiting there in December. I have no idea how many of the other longhouses still need that work done. Nor whether the DVC buildings need to be done. Although I was under the impression from Tikiman's Facebook page that many still need to be done. The DVC longhouses do not have concrete posts either so I don't know whether they will need this work done on them.
