Polynesian Confusion

I'm a bit confused about the Tokelau building which I requested. From what I've read, and from photos, I thought Tokelau had 3 floors. My understanding was that all 3rd floor room have a full balcony, so I wanted to request the 3rd floor. However, Disney reservations told me that while some buildings at Poly have 3 floors, Tokelau only has two floors. I then called the Polynesian directly and was told the same thing. I'm sure Tikiman's website has the answer, but it's been down everytime I try to get there. Can someone help? Thanks.

Tokelau, being one of the newer buildings, has three floors, all of which have a patio or balcony.

Yep, I do agree with simonkodousek Tokelau has balconies on floors 2 & 3 (floor 1 has patio) - I don't know why WDW wouldn't have that basic info :

First floor guest rooms have patios with a table and chairs, second floor rooms in Rapa Nui, Tahiti, Tokelau
and Tonga have balconies (in the other buildings, second floor rooms don't), and third floor rooms have balconies.

Per the Poly expert Tikiman :

Tokelau is the most central to everything. It has the path to the TTC on the east side of the building, the beach is at the north end, the bus stop and Neverland Club is at the south end, the quiet pool is on the west side with the volcano pool and GCH one building away.

It has balconies on both upper floors and it is one of the only longhouses that has garden view rooms that can see the castle and fireworks.

It would be my first choice at a request if I was staying Garden View.

We stayed third floor Tokelau last year. It's got balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and patios on the first. Tikiman knows all.
