Polynesian Conceirge Coffee?

Does anyone know if the Polynesian conceirge coffee is the brewed or instant type that everyone has been talking about. My husband HAS to have his brewed coffee every morning and would be very upset if it was instant.

I have never had instant coffee anywhere in Disney World. I am pretty sure I remember smelling the coffee so I would imagined it is brewed. Have a great trip.

Didn't taste like instant coffee to me, had some every morning. This was in July.

Just returned Sunday night. The coffee was not instant. I love my coffee and the only problem I noticed is that it wasn't always real hot. I think it cooled down when it was sitting around in the coffee urn for a while. Especially very first thing in the morning.
