Polynesian Club Level Assistance Request Response - Please help me understand it

I am staying club level at the Poly at the end of April of this year. During that trip it will be niece's 6th birthday and I was hoping that maybe Concierge might have been able to help me get a Cinderella's Royal Table reservation (A long shot I know but I thought I would try).

This morning I emailed them to ask about the ressie and this is the response I got back:

---Thank you for contacting us at Walt Disney World Resort. Our Concierge team is currently assisting other guests. However, our reservation cast member are available to assist you with your planning needs. If you are looking to book a dining reservation, please contact 407-WDW-DINE from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time or visit My Disney Experince. For other types of requests please contact 407-WDISNEY. A cast member will be happy to assist you. We look forward to seeing you once you arrive at the resort.---

Should I take this to mean that they are not going to look into my request at all?

If so does anyone have the phone number for The Polynesian Club Level Concierge? Maybe calling them I can get a clearer answer of whether they will try to help me.

Disney has scrapped pre-trip planning (IPO no longer exists) for CL guests indefinitely at this point. There was talk of replacement, however, nothing has come out about that at this time.
 
Someone posted in another thread about getting a call from the 'newly designed Signature Club' with regard to Club Level. Dont know how to link her post, so this is the copy & paste of it "I just received a lovely phone call from what has replaced the IPO, the centralized office is now called Disney Signature Services. They said I was one of the first people to get a call!!! It sounded like she can do everything the old IPO could do"

Unfortunately, IPO no longer books ADRs, etc. CL staff is available to help you once you're there, but they no longer assist in pre-arrival planning.
 
That is excellent news about the "replacement" IPO service! I know the post said they are calling guests, but I sure hope they change that to email as that would be SO much easier for me.
 
Ohhhh I hope that I get a call! I really found IPO helpful on previous trips.

Even if it was the old IPO they can't get an ADR that doesn't exist. They don't have a special pool of ADR. They can look when you can't but they'll be looking at the same list you do

When we were there and I had to cancel an ADR for that evening, they were able to do it without penalty (this was the afternoon my DD had an EMT visit).
But- when looking for an ADR for another night- they told me that they see exactly what we see.
 
Thanks everyone, I didn't realize it had been changed. I know it was a long shot to ask them in the first place, but I thought no harm in trying.
