We will be staying at the Poly for our Aug-Sept trip I am debating whether we should get CL or not...can we wait until we get there to upgrade? Or would it be too late? Or can I book the room now, and if I change my mind call and upgrade in a month or two? Thanks for any help!

You can book now, change later. Not sure if you are booking with any discount, but if you do, and then wait until check-in to upgrade, you may lose that discount and instead pay rack rate. HTH.
