I'm leaving for the Poly tomorrow and I'm sure I'll have a great stay, but reading some bad reviews has made me nervous, can anyone tell me about a good stay the had.

Our family stayed there last Sept/Oct and had a wonderful stay. Very caring CM's, wonderful mousekeeping, good food and a wonderful pool. We loved it so much we are going back in a few weeks. My DH had booked us at CR but we ended up changing back to the Poly. Our two DS (ages 8 & 5) loved the volcano pool. The transportation was great, only a short walk to the TTC and the bus service was good. You will have a great time. I think the negative reviews you are seeing are for the concierge service. We stayed in Niue and had a great room. We will request another building this stay since this building is now a smoking building. Hawe a wonderful time!

We were just there July 4 through 13 and had a wonderful time. We did have one problem. Our air conditioner went out during the first night and since it could not be repaired easily we were upgraded the remainder of our stay to a concierge room with a wonderful view of the lagoon at no additional cost. This was quite a plus since our room was the standard garden view! Everyone was very nice and quickly transported us to our new room with as little hassle to us as possible. They turned what could have been a bad stay into one we will never forget! You will have a great time! And enjoy that volcano water slide!

Hey no fair! My ac went out too and I didn't get upgraded to a suite.......O.K. so they had it fixed in less than an hour

We have been to the Polynesian numerous times and have never had a bad experience! Hope you trip's as magical as all of ours!
