Nope. If you're a member, DVC will send you marketing material when it's ready to come on line.

If you aren't, there will be a half dozen threads discussing it in minute detail here, the very day that it does. Guaranteed.

Before DVD can begin sales or release any sales related material, including point charts, DVD needs to file with government authorities the Declarations for the resort (the hugely thick document that all new purchasers get before purchase containing all the rules applicable). In the past that has usually been filed about a month before sales began and if you regularly visit this site, you will learn about that filing on this site before you receive anything rom DVD.

Does this mean that you get the license to sell before submitting the Decl., as they already have the lic.?

With previous DVC projects, DVD secured the timeshare license from the State of Florida before it filed the condo association declaration with the Orange County Comptroller.

There is no official word yet from Disney, but Tikiman, a very reliable source on all things related to the Poly, has reported the Poly bungalows will be two bedroom vacation homes and the longhouses will all be studios. An interesting twist on the studios is that some or all will have connecting doors.
