Poly vs Beach Club studio availability

Just curious. This month (17-20) we had a wonderful stay at VGF, and I've got another short stay at a studio at Kidani coming up in June 2018. Looking ahead to a slightly longer (5 night) stay in June 2019. My top two choices are standard Poly studio or standard Beach Club studio.

Are these two tough to secure? I seem to see a lot of people who get Poly, but I rarely see Beach Club mentioned.

Just trying to figure out how much I need to start doing! I will be ready to jump on it at the 11-month mark, that's for sure!
