Poly to Epcott/MGM

Staying at Polynesian and have two little ones(double stroller). One day want to do Epcot in am,eat at Beaches and Cream and return to hotel for nap. Are we better with monorail to Epcot then boat to Beach Club then bus to TTC and walk or should we drive and park and if so, where? Another day we want to hit MGM in am and then go back to hotel. Bus or drive? Any advice appreciated!

Personally, I would drive to MGM the day you go there so that you do not have to worry about the busses or folding up the stroller, etc. If plan on going from one place to another other than the resort, I would take the Disney transportation.

As for your Epcot day, you could walk to the TTC, take the monorail. You can be at Epcot and walk to Beaches and Cream (or take the boat, depending on how fast you walk, you could beat it there). You can then take the boat or walk to MGM and take the bus home. It would only be a 15 minute walk maximum or another boat ride.
