Poly room request

We'll be checking into a poly studio tomorrow, and I haven't put in a room request yet. Is it too late? We would like a room in Tokelau. Should I call member services, the poly front desk or send a fax? Thanks!

I think it is too late. I'm reasonably sure that the room assignments are done ahead of time and more than 1 day ahead of time. I'd ask at check-in if there is something specific you want - the earlier you can arrive, the better.

Day before is too late in my experience. They'll add it but the rooms are likely assigned already.

they assign rooms 7 days out. If you arive early you could always ask at check in....

I ended up calling the front desk and requesting Tokelau. We got assigned a room on the first floor of Tokelau, and it's a great location.
