hello! We just successfully rented points for a standard view studio at the poly. Looking for thoughts on which longhouse we should request?

There will be 4 of us- my dh, me and a 6 and 2 year old. I am a very light sleeper, so I am planning to request the 3rd floor. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I would request Tokelau, 3rd floor. Central to everything, close to TTC, and the best views for standard in my opinion!

Our trip is in dec 2016- I may be wrong but I thought pool would be done? I read that whole link- should I request a specific room or just 3rd floor Tokelau ?

We just left the poly and requested high floor, Tokelau, beach end and got a room 2 from the end and could see the contemporary the lake and space mountain but we did hear the ferry boats quite a bit. If I were you I'd request Tokelau, pool side, opposite the beach end.

Wow you heard the boat horns from as far away as Tokelau?

We requested the same thing.... Will report on Tuesday!

Was this a standard or lake view studio?

if you want quiet would go with Pago Pago garden view - you do not want parking lot view. or Tokelau - garden view. you don't want pool view or lake view

Nothing that kept us awake but when we were in the room before bed they were very noticeable.

We just got back from the poly. We were at Tokelau, north side, facing the ttc. We had two white noise machines and a music machine (my son is a terrible sleeper). I faintly heard the boat horns, but more of an issue for those without noise machines is the thin walls. I heard people talking through the walls, and people walking talking or running through the hallways.

On the plus side the blackout shades were amazingly effective.
