Poly - Quiet Pool Reopened Today

Currently staying in Takelau Longhouse and the rehab on the adjacent quiet pool was completed today!!!!

Thanks for that wonderful bit of information. I was hoping it would be completed before our trip in June. No one seemed to be able to give a date of completion. We so much prefer the quiet pool to the volcano pool--after, of course, a couple of trips down the slide.

Ok here is some inside info on the East pool (aka quiet pool).

“The East pool re-opened today. They took down the barriers and the marina says it's now open. They were doing some construction to it and the deck area. It worked well with the rehab they are doing to Rarotonga as the barrier wall included the Rarotonga building and the East pool. (Rarotonga is still under rehab). I walked the area and the only thing noticable was the deck are which now looks like the stone walkway that
is on the pathway around the main building and it's freshened up with new paint. There was some 'behind the scenes' things done like new piping etc. No hot tub or anything. I do know our new General Manager has questioned why we don't have one. Maybe in the future....”

Is the rehab on Niue finished yet?

How long before Rarotonga is completed?

Both Rarotonga and Niue are shooting for early May to open back up.
