Is there turnover service for a standard GV room at the Poly or is it just for concierge?

In standard rooms you must request the turndown service. But it is availble.

It is very nice to walk back from the park and have your bed turned down with little choc. on the pillow. I would request it. Just adds to the magic I think.

Just curious, do they charge extra when you request turndown service or they just wouldn't do it without the request??

There is no charge but it will not be done without a request.
