Poly Pull Down Bed

We will be staying in a Poly studio with my 2.5 year old son. He currently sleeps in a twin bed with rails. Will we need anything for the sides of the pull down bed?

We didn't for our 2.5 DGS. It's very low to the ground. Height wise, it's like the training beds you can buy to use crib mattress for first bed, too low to ground to cause injury. Even so, I think all the resorts have rails if you need one.

The mattress can be removed and placed on the floor too if you prefer

I;m here now and saw a bed rail in the hallway. So my guess is you can ask for one to be delivered to your room. But it really is only about 6 inches off the ground. I took the throw pillows off the couch and put them next to the bed just in case our DD rolled off.
