Poly Pool: Vegetarian Options, what do you order there?

Hi all, the menu at the Poly pool is very limited for vegetarian options. Sure, I can order the fried wontons but really... that is not a meal. Can anyone tell me what they do for food, poolside? Do they offer tofu as a replacement for meats/fish? Thanks!

I don’t know about tofu (I’m guessing no?) but the Oasis Salad is, in my humble opinion, the best salad on property. Very substantial/filling even without chicken or shrimp.
