I was pretty set on a split trip between Pop Century and the Polynesian and now I'm considering Pop Century and the Boardwalk! Any comments? The main reasoning would be that were visiting EPCOT a few times bc its our favorite park and the boat ride/walk there is pretty appealing! I'd love some advice! :goodvibes

I vote for BW. We stayed at the Poly last year, but we still long to stay at an Epcot resort. Love the ability to walk to Epcot.

I am crazy about the BWI and it's proximity to Epcot. You really feel like you are staying in Epcot.:cloud9:

On the other hand, the Poly has the benefit of being within an easy walk to the TTC, which means you can jump right onto the Epcot monorail.

They both have tons of wonderful restaurants close by at their neighboring hotels.
Honestly, you won't regret either choice. :thumbsup2

Love Poly, but if you are spending a lot of time at EP, go BWI!!! The proximity can't be beat!! We have stayed at BWI and BC and the walk to EP is dreamy!! Have a great time!

I would stay at the boardwalk over the poly any day. You can walk or take a boat to Epcot and even Hollywood studios plus you have the night life and extra activities of the boardwalk at night which is very lovely.

Don't forget you can walk to dhs to from boardwalk and their the closet to dhs out of the Epcot resort well at least to the walk way.

Don't forget when going to Epcot via the Boat it's the next stop after it leaves the Boardwalk.

Plus leaving Epcot the Boardwalk is the 1st stop on the Boat when it goes in the reverse order.

Yes it is closer to get off at the swan and dolphin stop coming from Dhs and walk over the bridge your right their. It save you some time if your in a rush but walking still quicker.

Depends on what parks you are going to visit the most. We love both resorts, you really cannot go wrong with either one. Just stayed 11 days at the BWI last month and had the most amazing vacation.

we always pick our resorts based on where (which park) we plan to spend the most time at so if epcot is you're favorite park then i'd stick with an epcot area resort.

I have stayed at both and I prefer the poly. I like the theme better and the transportation options. The bus service at the BW, and the layout of the resort is horrible. At the poly you have the monorail to epcot and the magic kingdom. You can also get direct busses at the ttc and the busses only stop at one other resort instead of 5. I like the BW for its proximity to epcot. We are staying at the poly in May, and the BW in October for the food and Wine. I would only stay at the BW if you plan on spending most of your time at epcot.

I'd pick the Poly based on theme, room size, atmosphere, transportation, and location. However, if you plan to spend most of your time at Epcot, then obviously Boardwalk makes more sense. If you plan to split your time between Epcot and Magic Kingdom, no question Polynesian is the better option.

I would opt for the BWI since you plan to spend so much more time at EPCOT and that proximity to the park from the BWI is so convenient.

If, however, you are much more attracted to the Poly than the BWI, it is pretty easy to get to EPCOT from the Poly as well since it is just a walk away from the TTC.

The BWI definitely gets my vote if you are neutral between them, though. :thumbsup2
