Poly or BC

Hi! I currently have reservations for 3 nights on the weekend at BC after 5 days Sun thru Thurs. at VWL. I was trying to get to the EPCOT area for EE at EPCOT and MGM. Now that is out the window with the new EMH schedule.

I was thinking of staying at the Poly area after my time at VWL to have easier access to EE at MK on the weekend. I've never really thought about the Poly before, but everyone seems to love it so much and I'm now not so set on the EPCOT area.

Any thoughts?

I split a stay between the Poly and the BC a couple of years ago. Both resorts are beautiful resorts, each with their own pros and cons.

I don't think I'd base my decision on where to stay on having easy access to EE at a park. It's pretty easy to get to any park from any resort at that time of morning. I've never had a problem getting there on time--I usually get to the bus between 30 and 45 minutes before park opening.

The location of the BC is a lot better than the Poly, IMO. You can walk to two parks, and it's central to both the AK and the MK. You can take the monorail to Epcot and the MK from the Poly, but the ride to the AK is a hike.

I'd say stick with the BC. You'll already be staying in a MK area resort earlier in the trip. Try an Epcot resort
