Just read that if on DDP you are seated Tier 2.
We will also be Poly concierge suites.
Is there anyway possible to be seated Tier 1?
What do you think my chances of Tier 1 thru Itinerary Planning Office?
Thank you all, lindylou

I've also read the Poly Luau doesn't really get rave reviews, but I thought I would give it a chance, sounds so exciting just to hear it from afar.:wave2:

We did the luau in 2007 and loved it. Some parts of the show were a little cheesy, but overall, we thought it was a nice show. I read many not so good reviews, but we had a great time and thought the food was very good. We were on the DDP but opted to pay OOP as I wanted tier 1 seating and I'm glad we did because we were right up front by the stage. There is no way to get tier 1 seating if you use the DDP; you would have to pay OOP if you want tier 1 as I've never heard of any exceptions, even if you are staying concierge.

The difference between Tier 1 and Tier 2 seating is a mere 10 feet. Regardless of where you are sitting, you can see the entire show (and we were in Tier 3 at the back of the room, off to the left).

My advice, save your money and sit wherever they can place you by virtue of the DDP. It's not like you're going to the "must see" concert of the year where you need to be prime/center.

IPO or the folks at the CL desk can help you obtain ADRs but they can not change the parameters of the dining plan for you. This means that they have no pull in getting you tier one seating using the dining plan.

If you've booked more TS meals than you have credits then you could always pay for tier one OOP.
