Poly last day question

So I'm putting together the final planning for our trip and I have a question about bags on our last day. Obviously ME picks up our main luggage but we're going to have the stroller, carryons, and baby's carseat. Is there somewhere that we can store these items while we visit say MK one last time? Our flight isn't until the afternoon and we have one last park ticket. I've seen mention that you can ask for a late checkout but I cannot assume that will happen.

Most of the disney hotels have a baggage check place near the front desk. It is free, if I recall, but it is always nice to tip the folks
