We booked concierge @ the Poly and my dad told me that the CM said there were no MK view rooms left but there were lagoon view rooms. If you can see the lagoon, can't you see the castle? I've never stayed before so I'm not sure. Thanks.

There may be partially obstructed views, but you can still see the MK from them. Hope you have a wonderful stay! :)

Ask for a third floor and you won't have a worry!

I don't know. It depends on how fussy people are IMO. I've seen complaints from people who were on the third floor and objected to a palm frond impacting their view.:confused3 Same for 1st or second floor. Glass half full thing IMO.

We've enjoyed every ground floor lagoon view room we've had in Hawaii.

Anyway, Cinderelly, for club level (concierge) at the Polynesian, there are only two views: lagoon or garden view. They are separate booking categories.

Enjoy. Hawaii is a special longhouse.

There used to be a big palm tree right outside the balconies of the "10" rooms. It wasnt too bad in 1510 or 2510, but the top of the tree completely blocked the view from 3510.

My families room # in the Hawaii Longhouse was 3510 and our view of Cinderella's Castle was spectacular.

The cut the tree down last year hehe.

Ahhhh, poor tree!:sad1:

BTW, love that sea gull, Conch! Do you know where that was taken?

I don't remember the room #, but we had a gorgeous view from our 1st floor room (about 1/2 way down the longhouse)

Have fun!

We also had a great view from our 1st floor room in Hawaii building May '06. We just loved the view, location of the Hawaii building and concierge staff / lounge.
